Pub-Hub guest chef Richard, Head Chef of the Miche Pub-Hub guest chef Richard, Head Chef of the Michelin-plate @churchinnmobb, has been cooking up a storm at the pub-hub the past few weeks. His roasts have been flying out, so be sure to call soon if you’re still planning on ordering for today (menu in our stories). He’ll still be here next week, and we can’t wait to see what dishes he comes up with! (We hope Andy is having some much needed rest after working so hard at the hub throughout lockdowns 1 & 2 and over a very busy Christmas at the bistro!) When Rosie & John sent us the images from their in When Rosie & John sent us the images from their intimate December wedding we just adored reminiscing about this special day... They came to us earlier in 2020 knowing they wanted a small wedding in the winter, and originally booked for November. When lockdown number two happened, we rescheduled for December, and then crossed our fingers hoping it could go ahead. We knew it was going to be just close family in attendance, but what we didn’t expect was just how incredibly moving and beautiful the whole day really would be. From dad Paul linking up the zoom call so that all their friends & family could watch, to the stunning arrangement @thetinyleafflorist created around our vintage mirror, to the arrival of Rosie in the most beautiful dress... every detail was perfect! We wish Rosie & John a lifetime of happiness together, and will always remember their special day at the Roebuck Inn.
